Outside Sales Representative

We are looking for integrity driven and highly motivated individuals to join our team.  We have immediate openings for individuals who excel in communication, possess strong people skills, and are eager to drive success in a sales-focused role. Join us for open interviews on March 4th and 5th at our Marion office between 11am and 4pm and at our Tipton office March 7th 11am-4pm. Note there may be other interviews going on but we will greet you with a beverage and feel free to hangout while we get to yours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generating:
• Initiate canvassing activities to generate leads.
• Ability to engage and build report with potential clients.
• Effectively communicate Meeks Construction's services and value proposition to potential clients.
• Attend various vendor events.
• Appointment Setting:
• Schedule appointments with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
• Client Management Opportunity:
• Grow into a Client Manager position with demonstrated success.

Compensation:

• Starting pay at $15.00 per hour.
• $25 for each appointment set.
• Additional $75 bonus for Client Managers upon obtaining a signed contract.
